I dunno about Chicago but have seen 2 LV presses in the past couple months.
1 outpressed (blue)omed back and bevel on logos side = piperazines
1 barrell shaped (yellow) with simple LV press= high loading of meth, enough that they were stuck together and seemed to be melting.

The first had no reaction with marquis the second went straight to orange
