White grapefruit juice for benzo potentiation

So i was wondering first off, can i use the juice rather then just cutting up a raw grapefruit? And second, should i swallow the klonopin with the grapefruit juice or do i drink the juice before then wait a hr to take the pills. Thanks for any feedback.

White grapefruit juice works perfectly.

I'd drink the juice a while before hand and then sublingual your Kpins.

30 min before should suffice. Just let the k-pin sit under your tongue without swallowing any of it for as long as u can (until it dissolves). Don't worry, k-pins taste like candy
