Please refer to this pillreport I posted if you want info or to identify and see the pill I am talking about. http://www.pillreports.com/index.php?page=display_pill&id=19034

Basically I would love some feedback as to what drug this could possibly be.

I did Le Junk's acetone wash on the finely crushed remains of around 1 & 1/4 pills of these White Diamonds from Melbourne, Australia. There was left 385mg of a white powder that appeared crystaline as it sparkled a little in the light and almost all the chemical (I suspect safrol) smell had gone. The remains of the acetone once left over night to completey evaporate was just a very tiny amount of residue that looked white but once scraped up it was unmistakable that it was a brown sticky goo with a nasty chemical smell and bitter aftertaste. The unwashed pill reacted only to Marquis with purple in the first 3 sec. The washed powder reacted only purple to Marquis after around 25-30sec. I would think since this tiny amount of brown goo smells of so strong and makes the reagent react purple quickly it's probably safrol or similar chemical and added just to fool the test kit and user into thinking it's MDxx.

Now this washed powder does taste similar to RC's I've tasted in the past. It's not the burning on my tongue with numbness that piperazines taste like. It was pretty psychedelic and seemed to last around 6-8hrs total or around 5hrs of tripping. In total if this acetone wash has worked properly to remove all inactive binders, fillers ect then I would have consumed a large ammount of milligrams for a drug. I would think that if approx 1 & 1/4 pills is 385mg of pure chemical compound then 3.5 pills worth is over 1000mgs. By this logic I would have consumed over 1gram of this compound to get the psychedelic effects I got.

WHAT COULD THIS DRUG BE???

you do understand there is alot of things that an acetone wash will not remove?

although the brown goo u describe doesnt sound pleasing, nor do the test results, but whatever the compund is, im sure you dont actually have 385mg of it. thered still be alot of cuts in there

^^ I'm not experienced with acetone washing. Are there some common binding agents or fillers that are used in pressing pills that acetone does not dissolve? If so this is not what I was lead to believe from Le Junks method. What kind of fillers are able to stay left behind? I think it's theoretically possible that these large pills could be nearly all compound as they are very crumbly and think for example think about the amount of dosage someone would need to produce a Methylone or 4-MMC pill of decent dosage. Lastly if there are possibly some of these fillers still in there would an isopropyl wash separate them? Thanks for your help!

there are fillers and binders that we commonly get in our aussie pills that are not souluable in acetone. In fact almost anything inactive you get in our pills will be difficult to get out. I've washed a few pills in my time and really havnt lost much overall weight. These were known md pills. Have you attempted the ever technical 'paper plate tapping' method lejunk describes in his thread? This seemed to get alot of the fillers out of the washed powder. Still wasn't pure but it helped. The fact your leftover powder doesn't react to testers is strange though. Have you put the testers over your brown goo and see what the reaction is like? I'd be interested to find out if these pills are in fact a RC. And if they are what the hell are they? Could it have been that the newly washed powder still hav acetone in it and this ruined the test results? Have you tried to test again?

^^ You are a wise man Mr Silver GT. Thank you for your insights. It appears you are correct that the binder is not soluble in the acetone and therefore this rather fat pill would be likely to contain lots of binder/filler. I did what you said and I let the powder sit overnight then re-tested. Marquis came up purple in the first 3sec as it did before the wash! I also tested again with Robadope and Simons. Simons again had nothing and I also tested another MDxx pill which went blue in the first few secs with a tiny bit of powder (so my Simons is working fine). Now just to let you know I have probably tested with Robadope like 4-5times now on this damn White Diamond pill and with what I thought was a pritty decent size scraping compared to what I have tested positive for MDA or amphetamine with other pills. This time I just used lots of powder. I waited a little then adding more powder and a few more drops of Robadope. After 4mins there was a pink colour all over the patch. By 5mins there was a really noticable pink colour. So I guess I made a mistake and didn't add enough powder for my previous Robadope tests. As for the solvent wash I'm not sure if removing the tiny amount of brown residue helped the robadope test or not but I do now realise for sure that I must leave my powder overnight to evaporate all acetone before testing. It just feeling dry and using a blow dryer or heater is not enough.

Thanks again Silver GT! :)

Mystery solved these pills appear to be MDA.

I have removed my last report and posted a new one with the new picture of the reagent results so as to get rid of the confusion. Here's the new updated report: http://www.pillreports.com/index.php?page=display_pill&id=19050
