White Collar Speedball? (Oxy + Adderall) aka "pharmball", "pharm speedball"

Totally different high.

But the exact same detrimental effects in overdose...

Now if you want a real banger, hit Hydromorphone and coke in the same shot...
 
I would say that it's the same principle, but lacks the complete euphoric rush.

I have never co-administered a downer and an upper in the same shot, but I have injected amphetamine (which was part meth), cocaine, oxycodone and heroin.
Amphetamine offers next to no rush, just an immediate upper effect, with negligible euphoria. Oxycodone does the same - there is a slight rush of the high coming on fast, but no euphoric explosion emanating from your insides.
Cocaine IV and heroin IV produce the strongest, most euphoric chemical rush possible. I have a hard time believing that combining two drugs which do not benefit greatly from IV administration could match a combination of the two drugs that, for me, benefit the most from being mainlined compared to other ROAs.
 
hydrmorphone + cocaine IV in the same barrell > heroin +coke IV

the dilaudid + cocaine is wayyyy vetter than heorin + cocaine
 
Opiate and amp is different than cocaine and heroin. The speedball has a special euphoria due to cocaine being a TRI and the heroin having dopamine releasing effects, whereas doing amp and oxy, or heroin and meth in a shot wont produce the same synergistic rush and high, it's a balancing act more than a speedball.
 
Adderall is a joke, it's for kids.

The white collar amph of choice is and always will be, high quality cocaine. You can function on it. White collar people are looking to get ahead, for many cocaine is just a work aid as many work 60+ hour weeks.
 
Your absolutely right actually.. . and i am a high achieving cocaine addict.. but when you really loose control of her functioning at a high level becomes pretty damn hard if not impossible and a hinh achieving cocaine addict can achieve one high achieved mess in their of lives.
