Alcohol Whiskey ?

I would think it would be creepy if some guy I met online random offered to send me whiskey. Also, it is illegal to send whiskey through the mail, although I dont know whether they can actually catch you, they obviously cant open your mail without probable cause and drugs get sent through the mail quite frequently.

Actually they can and do open your mail.

According to the bill of rights they can't, but thanks to the Bush/Obama administrations you are no longer secure if your papers.
 
OP : Come one, you can find and post on bluelite, but you can't do a google search?

USPS: alcohol is a restricted material and illegal to send without a license.
UPS & Fedex do not expressly forbid mailing alcohol, but most likely won't.

If trying to hide it, "burp" the bottle by releasing the contained air without breaking the seal

Or have it drop shipped from a distributor.

BTW: USPS can open any package without a warrant except priorty mail. UPS & FEDEX can open whatever they please.

There's little chance such a gift is innocent in nature. Chances are he wants sex from you of sorts, whether consentual or not. Just, no. Get a real life friend (one you've met in person) to get one for you, or better yet, start with something lower power like beer or wine. The first time my 15 year old friend (when I was 16) tried liquor, he blew chunks and passed out after 2 shots of 151 bacardi.

I agree with previous posters, it's unwise to give someone your address... especially since it sounds like you're a minor.
