Whip-It's--formula change?

The title pretty much says it all. I notice the whip-it brand nitrous chargers now are coming in sleeves instead of just being the shiny chromes, as well the nozzle is pushed forward a small amount....reading somebodies ebay add (GOSPEL!lol) they now pass swiss pharmaceutical nitrous standards?

Anyways I picked up a box and it lasted me 3 days! normally I go through that much in a sitting, so I am thinking maybe they have upgraded in some way. Does anyone have any factual information about this?

or I placeboed myself good. Both possible.
