How exactly can this be done? Do you just buy virgin coconut oil and mix it in the barrel? How do you make the oil sterile? So many questions Lol!

Adex dose?

My test has eventually arrived. I want to use adex for my A.I. What would the best dose be? I have seen .25mg ed recommended but also .25mg eod/ e3days? Would I be better starting at the lowest dose and working from there?

ok try it and see how it goes. Its highly individual. Personally I am sensitive to estrogen sides and have a small bit of mammory gland tissue already grown which will need surgical removal some day. Its not a problem (not visible at all). As long as bodyfat is held in check and AIs are used estrogenic sides are not bad imo.

I use aromasin because it has a positive influence on IGF which is an important growth factor and also important for sensitizing the body to insulin. Adex negatively influences IGF.

I have come by enough Anavar for 8 weeks @ 80mg/day and oral Primo @ 100mg/day. I was wanting to add some test to the stack but wondered if the prop or a longer esther would be better? Any suggestions? Thanks.

since you've picked 2 orals... and pretty expensive ones at that I'd say you don't like to stick yourself.

so go with something like sustanon (a blend) and get the best of the long acting esters and the short.

and only 1 shot a week.
