Okay, so I am the worlds worst at jumping around from project to project when it comes to writing stories. I always have so many floating around in my head that it seems impossible to stick with just one. First off, anyone have any tips for confronting this issue?
Next, I would like to list a couple of the basic ideas I have for some stories / books and see which one the BL Write community finds the most intriguing and interesting. I am hoping that with some tips on how to stick to just one idea and general feedback that I can get the ball rolling on something great.
Story / Book Ideas
1. Fallen Angels of Corpsewood- Based on the murders of two supposed "Devil Worshipping LSD Manufactuers", this story would tell of the men's earlier life, how they first met, and the series of events that eventually lead up to their death. You pretty much start the book knowing that they are gonna die, but it makes the reader wonder why.
2. Once In A Blood Red Moon- A struggling husband, Father, and natural born hustler is fired from his job after an accident. Unable to find a job anywhere else, the man turns to selling drugs, with his main source coming from within the Dark Web. This book would explore how good intentions are often bad ideas when the man and his wife end up addicted and worse off than before. What makes this story different, once again you start out the book knowing what the final climax is and the contents from that point after hopefully draws readers to wonder how they can feel both disgust and sympathy for the main character.
3. Universal Analytic Psychology Theory- This is a psychological theory that combines concepts of Analytic and Psycho-analytic psychology, Taoism, and science. This would definitely be more of an academic book / idea, but is it intriguing enough?
4. We Are Among The Fungus: Darwin's Missing Link- Another research / academic idea, this book would discuss the aspects of Human Evolution based on our current understanding, its flaws, and propose a definitive answer of "Darwin's Missing Link" based on extensive scientific data and methodology.
5. Psychedelic Therapy Theory- A book discussing the future of Psychedelic Therapy. Presents a series of experiments and various session types for the future benefit of anyone that may undergo Psychedelic Therapy as the concept becomes more mainstream
Based on the basic information provided above, which of these five stories / books should I attempt to devote my time and effort into completion? Your help would be greatly appreciated ^.^
