6-apb, 5-apb etc.

I'm looking primarily for pro-social effects. I've looked into some of the stimulant RC's and I can't decide which would be a good first choice in attempts to be more social at parties/bars etc. (I don't drink alcohol).

Could someone recommend a good first choice please? (speaking strictly in terms of increasing sociability while keeping anxiety at a minimum).

I have used coke and adderall, both of which made me very social but am unable to obtain the amp and coke is way to short lived.

Thanks in advance.

Warning: acronym overload ahead. I have bolded the "worthwhile" drugs.

MDMA is the "gold standard" here if you can get it. 5- and 6-APB are closely related cousins that are more "rough" and psychedelic (comparable to MDA). The fluorocathinones are garbage in general (2/3/4-FMC). Mephedrone (4-MMC) is short-lived and fiendy but might do the job. Methylone is like "Diet MDMA".

As for the fluoroamphetamines, 2-FA > 3-FA > 4-FA in terms of similarity to straight amphetamine. The reverse ordering holds when comparing them to MDMA. The N-methylated (4-FMP is the only one ive seen) versions are a different experience but are roughly equipotent., maybe slightly stronger.

MDPV is way too heavy duty. Butylone is apparently a bland stimulant but it may be what you're looking for. The other N-pyrrolidino stimulants are probably not worth your time (maybe MDPPP would be good if you can locate it, though). Prolintane is the des-keto version of MDPV and is less adrenergic and harsh, that's another good one to look for.

MDAI is a selective serotonin releaser and may be worth a try. Don't expect major stimulation, however. Kanna (sceletium) is also known to produce stimulation and mood lifts. Kava kava is similar to alcohol but is a root preparation.

Ritalin (methylphenidate) is similar to cocaine/amphetamines if you can get your hands on it. Ketamine (and probably methoxetamine) at low doses is a good socializer for some people.

In general, a norepinephrine/dopamine reuptake inhibitor or releaser without too much perhipheral activity is probably what you're looking for.

Don't play with MAOI's and PEA. That's a great way to stress your brain unnecesarily. MAO is active for a reason...

I would excercise caution with any of the following: methamphetamine, MDPV, 4-MMC, any "name branded" product, MPA, the RTI- class of drugs that is apparently structurally derived from cocaine (I strongly doubt these have really escaped the lab), ethylphenidate, anything labeled as "plant food", anything you buy as "bath salts", and anything you can't look up on Wikipedia.

Very well said.

Though I'd simply add that the above statement doesn't imply you should not exercise caution with any drugs not in this list, MDMA, bk-MDMA (methylone), etc..

Maybe you should do some research into all of these drugs and read some trip reports and make your own decision based on the information you gather, noone can know how each drug is going to affect you either.

Most of those stimulants will do a good job of making you more social, but everyone is different. A lot of them will also make you look like you are obviously on drugs which is not normally what you woud want if you want to take it in a pub instead of alcohol.

This thread would probably be better suited for Drug Culture IMO, you would probably get better answers.

I apologize for dredging up this thread, but I wanted to shine some light on this post, as it is a very good overview of some currently-in-vogue stims.

I would like to append, though, that MDPPP, as it turns out, is incredibly mediocre.

If anyone rereading the thread shares the OP's question, MDAI is probably the most basic prosocial RC you'll find - it just makes you very social and gives you a sense of well being.
The APBs, MDMA, and M1, are all just as good, if not better, at inducing prosocial behavior, but that is often perceived as secondary to the stimulation/euphoria/psychedelia.

Thank you for your comment, welcome to BDD!

We don't do "what should i take" threads anymore, and this thread is quite old - plus RC stimulant discussion belongs in OD (but still no "what should i take" threads allowed..) so I am going to close it.

PM me with any queries :)

You don't want to go the deprenyl/PEA route. I've never taken them together, but PEA feels like it puts alot of strain on your cardio, as well as not lasting very long.

I can reccomend 3-FMC as a good stim for socializing.
