You're going to have to go RC by RC. Pick the one you have most interest in and check the Erowid.org vault and Wiki page. There should be some information regarding legality there.

^This. We're not going to provide you with a list as it isn't really harm reduction IMO. However, you can find pretty much you need through searching Wikipedia, Erowid and Bluelight. Browse through the big-and-dandy threads in this forum (Psychedelic Drugs) and you'll find information on many different kinds of RCs. Other Drugs is a good forum to check out too. Once you've got an idea of what RC you're looking for, check Wikipedia and the megathreads on here for information regarding that RC.

Dude, most recreational drugs are legal. There are literally 100's of RCs that are legal in the US. There is no way everyone can name them all.

By the way, in that thread I should have known better than to respond with a specific substance, sorry mods. You have the resources to find this out for yourself. Popularity really isn't too important, what you're looking for is a substance which will produce the experience you want. For that, you have trip reports, research, erowid, etc. Look at the trends of psychedelic use, read the discussion brought about by different experiences, and see what appeals to you.

We cannot provide you with just a list of names of drugs you should try. Thoroughly research drugs and read other people's experiences with them you're interested in before you take them before you take them for the first time. This is even more important with RCs.

When checking for legality, keep in mind that just because a substance may not be federally scheduled, it may still be illegal in your specific state/county/city.
