Misc Which prescription drugs enhance orgasms and penile sensitivity?

Yes SSRI play a certain role. When I'm on them I take very long to come.

But when I get off them I go back to normal and cum way too fast. It really sucks.

I never had much control over orgasms. I tried training the PC muscle or doing the start stop technique but nothing works.
My PC muscle is also not weak. I can hold back piss for hours!

Where are you getting this shit? Who masturbates that "furiously" that they damage their penis? And even if they do, I very highly doubt that would affect penis size.
 
It isn't just about PC muscle actually the BC muscles is most involved in male orgasm. Search for training your pelvic region to be balanced eg. kegels and reverse kegels. You said you never felt like you had much control over orgasms so I would suggest reading up on pegym as well, it's a great site for improving your pelvic region balance.

I think you've given yourself the grip of death and killed all your sensation. If you have a foreskin you're at an advantage because there are squillions of stretch receptors in the foreskin that will enhance pleasure.

What I'd recommend is buying a vibrating sex toy which you can strap to your penis and you can chill right out and try some hands free masturbation for a while. It'll take you longer to come but the sensations will build up over time and you'll end up having a strong orgasm and maybe even multiples. This is the way women do masturbation.

when im on ssris im mostly completely numb down there...also, my sexual desire is gone as well..SSRIs are disaster for sex...

lack of sensitivity is a problem a decent % of men have...go see a doctor about it...

the ony things we could recommend would be stimulants and they would enhance sensitivity in the short term but cause long term problems..

It seems any drug that behaves pharmacologically as a monoamine reuptake inhibitor (or MRI) has adverse sexual effects, especially in males. The three predominant monoamine neurotransmitters are serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine btw. I couldn't get an erection on cocaine if my manhood depended on it. Yeah, I do a few lines of cocaine, and of course I feel like fucking forever. But it's as if my dick is dead (and without the rigor mortis).
