Which prescription drug can make me more outgoing and euphoric?

I have been prescribed Xanax 2 mg, but these only make me sleepy and sometimes I can't even hold my eyes open. I have them because I am anxious and nervous among a lot of people. Every now and then I get panic attacks aswell. But I dont want a drug which makes me fall asleep. I dont take a lot, maximum 4 mg a day. What other drug are out there on the market which make you outgoing, happy and euphoric? Does not have to be a benzo... just something that is possible to get from a doctor.

Stimulants, particularly amphetamines, have been shown to cause euphoria, talkativeness, enhanced self-esteem, etc.


-Amphetamines in order of potency-

Desoxyn (Dextro-Methamphetamine)

Dexedrine (Dextro-Amphetamine)

Adderall (50% Amphetamine 50% Dextro-Amphetamine)

Vyvanse (Lis-Dextro-Amphetamine)


-Alternatives-

Focalin (Dextro-Methylphenidate)

Ritalin/Concerta (Methylphenidate)

I used Meth a few times, and thats the feeling I wanna have...

But in the interests of harm reduction it's probably not number 1 choice nor will your doctor prescribe it under any circumstance!

Yet saying that a lot of G.P's prescribe many harmful drugs just due to the fact that they have been approved by the authorities (who in many countries are quite clueless) :(
 
All of those drugs are prescribed for ADHD, in rare cases they are also prescribed for narcolepsy, obesity, or treatment-resistant depression

MDMA isn't a prescription drug
 
Just to let u guys now. I live in Australia and not many of above drugs are available here on script... :(
 
I would asked to be switched to another benzo if alprazolam is making you too sleepy/sedated. Clonazepam, diazepam, and lorazepam are all rather common, and all good alternatives.
