Bluelighter
The darkness encloses me
The moon is full
Winter fills the air
And a cold chill pervades my body
Holding on tight to all that I am just to stay warm
Tears keep my face warm
Anger keeps my arms warm
Pain keeps the rest of me numb so the cold leaves me
Well it feels like it does
But it is still really there
Falling into the dark side of the moon
I don't know what I am doing
I could be walking in circles and I would never know unless you tell me so
I could be drinking air and think it was water
I could near death in breathing water as if it were air
The moon tries to guide me
But the path is just to shallow
It is not leading me to where I am supposed to go
Actually I am not following the right one
I am taking a detour for awhile
I thought it would bring me a little peace and happiness
It is only bringing me heartache and pain
But I do not know how to bring myself back
I am comfortable where I am
Even though it is painful
I know it may be more pressure relieving to be back
But that takes a little more of me
And I don't think that I have enough to give just yet
But I do know something
The path is always there waiting to be taken
And when I am ready then shall I follow
Till then fair well dear path it was a nice possible first step
