Which opiate is the best?

Which opiates are best for what? Recreational use or pain?
I don't think I ever appreciated just how great heroin was at relieving pain. Makes these hydocodones seem like skittles, no relief, and bet my organs love all this APAP.
 
I would have to say heroin and morphine and opium, tied for first. They give me a much more happy comfortable feeling than the synthetics which, although they fuck me up, they dont feel as complete (speaking of oxy and vicodin)

Havent tried any rare opiates ever, but i'm looking forward to it someday. I think maybe Levorphanol/ L-dromoran is in order.
 
oxycontin is def my favorite, its what got me addicted (snorting it). hydrocodone does nothing except make me itch, percs are alright but u gotta take like a dozen of them and thats a lot of apap, and IV h is right up there with oxycontin. never done fentanyl or hydromorphone, just never came across them unfortunately :(
 
Definately IV hydromorphone ftw! lol... I havent tried oxymorphone tho and Im sure that would rock my sox off (or blow my arm off :/ lol).... Nor have I tried the "legends" such as dipipanone, ketobemidone, etorphine (suprised noones mentioned that..?), and word on the streets is levorphanol is supposed to be pretty euphoric as well.

I must add that my opinion is biased tho, as I'm currently using a shit load of hydromorphone and it's the only thing on my mind (I guess literally, too, if semantics isn't your thing)...
 
from the ones i have tried i would have to say oxycontin chewed up man im getting horny thinking about it

I wish I got my hands on hydromorphone and dextromoramide again. Anyway, I find morphine to be the best for practical reasons. It's pure and good. Classic.
 
PST or pod tea, ah that beautiful point between stimulation and sedation with none of the side effects or risks of stimulants.
And the long lasting nature of the high.

Usually, but not always. Even though hydro turned me into an addict, oxycodone was my first love. I prefer morphine over hydro as well. Too bad they're harder for me to get :\ . If I had my choice, I'd probably be addicted to oxy or hydromorphone. Only had dilaudid once (IV) but it was fucking orgasmic. Forgot all about being cut open, all I could think about was how high I was. And this was going into surgery with a decent (40-50mg hydro per day) tolerance.

Sooooo... I'd say that the best opiate is the one with the best euphoria...
