Which opiate is the best?

I like hydrocodones too, of the ones you listed.

Never done oxymorphone, but the oxycodone and hydromorphone are a bit too intense for me (though I wouldn't turn them down!). Ditto heroin.

I like poppy tea for the longevity of the high, but it's so unpredictable, and the w/d is a bitch.

10 norcos and a benadryl on a empty stomach ftw. :)
 
I just searched this topic and found 11 threads about the exact same topic, not counting all the threads that eventually turn into a "which opiate is better" discussion.

Im sure there are some new ppl that didnt get a chance to include their opinion, but seriously, this is a completely subjective topic that has been covered...many times.

Oxymorphone and hydromorphone probably tie in terms of strongest euphoria, but for some reason, I've always enjoyed hydrocodone the most out of those 4. I get the greatest "warm/humble" feeling on the hydrocodone and it's the only one out of those on which I get zero nausea. Anybody else feel the same way?

Me 2, everyone else says why dont you like the percs - they are better and stronger..

Well, to me they arent. Would much rather have hydro over oxy any day!

I'd probably go with the oxycodone as well, very euphoric, stimulating, high.
 
oxycodone is better than heroin imo. really because oxycodone is not overly sedating.

Hydrocodone is for people who have lower tolerances. Once you reach a certain level, you need more powerful drugs. I abolutely love Mylan fent patches and placing them in my cheek.
 
^Agreed. Fentanyl for opiate intolerant individuals really isn't all that impressive, while the tolerant ones seem to really get a kick out of it.

Fentanyl isnt that impressive to me. I have used the 100 Fentanyl patch more than once, still prefer the hydrocodone or hydromorphone.

I think not, since I can take 2 OC80's and still feel the need for the hydro's.
 
1) IV Heroin
2)Fentanyl (IV)
3IV Heroin + cyclizine in same syringe
4)after not sleeping one night and not eating for two days on speed, making a cup of hot coffee, dissolve a very high dose of methadone and clonazepam in it, and then drink.

and palfium® (Dextromoramide) is supposed to be very euphoric, it's kind of oldschool.. but i read in papers that you can get high of it while one 120mg+ doses of methadone, a dose @ which IV heroin only gives a weak flash, and almost no high, but palfium has a higher affinity for the kappa, mu and delta receptors, from which mu gives the most pleasurable effects.

ive never liked fent all that much, but i do like to smoke the patches when i can get them.

palfium sounds interesting.....is it similar to ketobemidone? i have heard that its the ultimate in opiate euphoria....

you see the point...anyways, well, 'codones dont last long enough for my liking. dillys sucks unless IV'd, never tried oxymorph. So wheres morphine classic on the list? takes heroic doses to get high ...but is cheap, plentiful, long lasting and pleasant..but a little too subtle for some.

Palfium and Ketobemidone both sound very interesting to say the least.
 
Not that I indulge in them anymore unless it's for a good medical reason (like fuck-off pain), but the best one I've ever had is dipipanone (the active ingredient of Diconal tablets) - pissed all over any other opiate I've had (which includes heroin & dextromoramide/Palfium).

About the only one I think would surpass it is ketobemidone
