Which of these drugs cause less physical harm? Which cause less mental health issues?

1.Alcohol
2.Marijuana
3.Cocaine
4.Benzos (Valium, Zanax, etc)
5.Barbiturates (Phenobarbital, etc)
6. Opiates (heroin, morphine, codeine)
7.Opioids (methadone, tramadol)
8.Amphetamines and methamphetamine

Most drugs cause mental issues in some way. Or make them worse in people who already are mentally unstable. Use in moderation to limit these things happening. Thats all you can really do.

Closing this on the grounds that it does nothing to directly reduce harm, and because of people's varied opinions, this is going to lead only to circular discussion. How quickly it went off the rails already is proof enough of that. PM any questions.
