Opioids Which legal opioid is the most euphoric?

Not to mention high dose tramadol...the two least reportedly "euphoric" narcotics I could mention.
 
I'm somehow really doubting this "urgent request approved by a psychiatrist" ... I mean, really. This thread screams of bullshit, but it doesn't even matter, because it breaks the rules anyway.

We don't allow threads asking what to take to get high, threads that ask what the best drug to get from their doctor is, etc.

Read the OD Guidelines.

Also, like a few other posts mentioned, do not fucking use "URGENT" tags, for some bullshit like this.
