i see 018 more commonly than all the others, but is it the most similar or simply the cheapest?
 
IMO the most similar to a THC high is jwh-073. It has a great body high with a slightly trippy head high....it is still alot different than buds but it is similar. Jwh-250 is nice, but it has a poweful visual component to me that gets really "strange" at high doses.
 
yes, 73 is most alike. and JWH-018 is used most due to lowest cost.


theotherside26, could you go into detail about these "strange" visual aspects of 250?
 
since when is 018 the lowest cost? 073 is cheaper or same price everywhere ive seen it...

ive only tried 018. i enjoy it, but i wouldnt say its very much like weed if thats what youre after.
 
I don't think this JWH shit belongs in CD either. They are cannabinoids...but they are synthetic and potentially toxic. Neither are characteristics of cannabis or cannabis products. In addition the high is different unlike hash where you receive a similar high, JWH is just a whole different arena.

EDIT: One day they may find out that this stuff turns you gay or something. Then people will, by association, think that weed turns you gay. Keep weed and mysterious new chemicals separate. Weed is most likely going to prove safer in the long run and doesn't belong shoved in the same class as these JWH drugs.

Also, if you want something like natural weed...I suggest you get some natural weed.

true.

they are not in the same class. HU-210, the CP's, and the JWHs, etc are all analogues, designed to effectively see how the CB1 and CB2 receptors of the brain work.

while it is a different high with the Jwh series, HU-210 is 100x stronger than normal delta-9-thc, and apparently is THE closest a synthetic analogue comes to mimicking natural THC.



personally, i do not like the high of these synthetics.
its more of a stupefied stone than a nice clean high.
couple that with the fact that we simply do not know about the long term effects, id rather spend £40 on a fat sack of dry Super Silver Haze and get
baked out my tits for 2 weeks, than spend 75 and get stupid for a few nights.

have you heard of THCV?
it is 500x more potent than d9-thc (but is in the plant in very low quantaties, although
is extremely more present in sativas, with some of the most exotic strains having high levels of it. this is why sativas have a more trippy high, due to the tetrahydrocannabivarin presence)
and it also increases brain cell production!

shame cannabis doesnt normally have a decent enough level of THCV,
but if you could extract a pure THCV hash..... my god, i dont dare to think of
the results of smoking a bong of that!!!
 
There is a synthetic cannabinoid thread on PD.

73 might be the same price as 18 (from most vendors it is - they're just as easy to make), but the dose is significantly higher, like by a factor of 2-3x.

250 is imo not much like weed. I have not experienced that "visual component", but it's alot more stimulating than weed. Is really missing something, imo, but more functional/productive.

I've only smoked JWH-018 (probation for a year) and I found it a much more reasonable substitute than any other drug but when I read about the *Possible* toxicity of continued use I decided none of the JWH drugs could acceptably replace marijuana for any kind of extented exposure.


Finally no I am not asking or inferring anyone should send me vendor sites, just being a sarcastic dick.

With my experiments with jwh-250, I found its open eyed visual component to be both beautiful when looking at nature, and negative when smoked before work. In a dark room, tracers become evident although different than with tryps and phens. The edges of my TV become distorted in a way not similar to when I smoke buds. I found its visual distortions to be beautiful when looking at a tree blow in the wind at the park, but the one time I got called into work after smoking it all day, my boss' face looked distorted in a way that can't really be described other than by saying it was "morphing" It is a very interesting chemical to say the least, but I prefer jwh-073.
 
jwh-018 and 073 give me a massive amount of visual static, afterimages, and a little morphing/shifting, almost feels similar to tripping visually.
 
weed tends to make me paraniod, so im guessing jwh is not the right drug for me :P
in fact, the only way you can say natural weed is natural weed is to grow it yourself...
 
Huh! I guess i need to look into JWH-250 a bit more closely >.>

I have never gotten any more visual effects than i get from weed from the JWH's, but i havn't pushed the JWH-250 into the too-high range, and when i smoked too much JWH 18-or-200 (identity in question, see thread in ADD if you care enough), it felt very similar to smoking too much weed, in terms of visual static, anxiety, difficulty holding a conversation, burned out afterwards. Overall i have not been impressed with the JWH series so far.
 
It's all greek to me! I can't believe anything but real weed is even being discussed in this forum. It's like some mad chemist came up with some shit chemical that you soak random plant material in and smoke. You'll be sorry.
 
None of the JWH's are similar to natural weed.

If you want a synthetic cannabinoid similar to natural weed, try CP 47497. I found it nearly indistinguishable from the high that midgrade cannabis with a normal THC/CBD ratio produces.
