Can't help it. gotta say "No Country". saw it 5 times in the theater.
2 years ago would have said "Blood Simple".
Lots of love for "Fargo and Lebowski".

After the first time I saw NCFOM that would have been my pick but it doesnt hold up well after repeated viewings.

I cant pick between Fargo and TBL.

Probably fargo just because the whole woodchipper part

Big Lebowski followed closely by Barton Fink and Hudsucker Proxy.

I'm amazed at how many people voted for Fargo.

Big Lebowski followed closely by Barton Fink and Hudsucker Proxy.

I'm amazed at how many people voted for Fargo.
by the same token i'm always amazed at the popularity of TBL. i just don't get it, sorry.

Fargo is one of those near-perfect films.

i voted TBL on pure instinct but i'm starting to wish i had voted miller's crossing.

of course the big lebowski is number one pick.

Seriously, watch barton fink and you'll immediately wish you could go back and change your vote.

fargo n hudsucker proxy are great, too... n raising arizona is cool. honestly i haven;t seen some of the other ones. no country for old men didnt really do much for me though.

another remake?

Joel and Ethan Coen have penned and are likely to direct a remake of the classic 1969 John Wayne western "True Grit" for Paramount Pictures reports Variety.

The new version will be more faithful to the original Charles Portis novel about a 14-year-old girl who, along with an aging U.S. marshal and another lawman, tracks her father's killer in hostile Indian territory.

Unlike the original film, which won Wayne an Oscar, the new version will tell the tale from the girl's point of view.

Scott Rudin will produce. Though no schedule is yet set, the project will likely take precedence over their adaptation of Michael Chabon's "The Yiddish Policemen's Union".

also, burn after reading added to poll. post/pm if you want you vote changed.

Hands down it is The Man Who Wasn't There, for me. Completely arresting. Stark, yes, but it helped you get inside the protagonist.

Hudsucker Proxy and Fargo, fa sho.
Im with Felix....I just dont really find TBL as funny as everybody else does :\ Popular culture ruined it for me too! Wah!
