Roche what? Roche is a make not a drug.. There is a benzo conversion chart in the links at the top of the BDD page :)

If you mean diazepam (which I presume you do?) then 10mg = 0.5mg alprazolam/Xanax. Diazepam lasts a lot longer though.
 
If you ate the equivalent to 0.5mg xanax in valium which is 10mg the effects will be noticably different,

Xanax is a more in your face and short lived benzo (more recreational)
 
Yes, 0.5 mg Xanax = 10 mg Valium, which is what I am assuming you meant. Some charts do say 0.5 mg Xanax = 5 mg Valium, but the general concensus is that 0.5 mg Xanax = 10 mg Valium.
