Which is a better opiate potentiator if either even is and how much should i take

I have phenergan 25mg tablets and liquid robitussin that has dextromethorphan HBr 10mg per dose for adults. is either worth it and how much do i need to take of either one to extend the nod and buzz from my opiates. something tells me the phenergan is better but i dont know much about potentiating drugs. so i need to know which is preferred and how much to take and when to take it please. thanks guys for all your help......its priceless and i guarantee this site has saved many lives do to the accurate answers and detailed descriptions on what not and what to do. so again THANKS! :)
 
The phenergan would be the better potentiator. Phenergan can be sedating if you are not used to taking it. I am assuming you have the 25 mg tablets? If so, I would take one about 30 minutes before you dose your opiates.

If you have a phenergan tolerance, you can take 50 mgs at once, but don't go over that amount...phenergan has very nasty side effects in high dosages. Also, I would take on an empty stomach to get best results. Since phenergan is an anti nausea drug it will minimize any queasiness that can come from taking opiates on an empty stomach.
