Which has a longer duration of action?

Hello everyone, just wanted to know which has a longer duration of action between Sequel non-extended release and Abilify ? Thank you very much erryone.

Aripiprazole (Abilify) have a much longer duration, its half-life is 75h and a metabolite of 94h.

Quetiapine (Seroquel) have a half-life of 7h and a metabolite of 12h.

Seroquel - to me atleast - feels like it has a long half life. I take low dosages for sleep. But it can be pretty overpowering the next morning some days.
