Which drugs have permanently altered you in a bad way?

Alcohol & tobacco. I never even drank much or smoked much tobacco, but I'm still recovering. Probably damaged my heart, liver, brain, breathing & digestion, among other things. I'll be lucky if I don't get cancer.
