Benzos Which drug for sleep ?

Personally i would avoid the newer class of hypnotics. I took ambien , maybe a couple and i was speaking russian in my sleep state , My wife woke me up and said what she heard and bam i started having flashbacks of when i was in USAF. not good The real strange thing was i was not a linguist but something else that did not totally require me to be fluent in the 3 languages we work with.

I have insomnia so sleep is always a problem for me.

Personally I take Diphenhydramine or Doxylamine Succinate. (The later works better for sleep).

Also trazadone can help but gives me headaches in the morning.

Ambien I have only taken once, it worked pretty well.

Benzos never helped me sleep.

Although they're not really "drugs", chamomile, passion flower, and lemon balm leaf work well for both sleep and opiate withdrawal. (As well as come-down from uppers).

phenibut is great for sleep if you look on wikki it works for cosmonauts who are really sitting on top of a big bomb. plus it helps them sleep in space but it has a double edge sword be careful with that shit
