Alcohol is a minimally satisfying experience. Not to mention the addiction potential, and the fact that since it's legal people feel like they have a license to imbibe heavily and act like complete assholes.
Cannabis kind of comes in second for me. It's a little bit too fun with too little consequences, which easily can lead to an emotional/psychological addiction. Especially since many people claim that the addiction doesn't exist. On the other hand, it's hard to hate a drug that makes people become giddy, good-natured, and lazy as fuck.
