which comedown is worse? E or Meth?

I have never done meth but I envy everybody here who is saying they don't get a come down off of MDMA. Unless I time it perfectly with other come down supplements (alchohol, opiates) I usually get a cold, empty, and sad feeling for several hours before I go to sleep . A couple times I've randomly started crying after coming down from E. A key element for me in making the next couple of days at all productive is SLEEPING as soon as possible after crashing, which I can't do usually without sleeping pills.

It's like this for me even with the most pure and beautiful molly.

I'd say meth due to the longevity. Although I treat comedowns from both substances with benzos and or opiates.

Yeah. There's really no two ways about it.

Pill comedown: Go to bed, wake up, have brekky at 5pm, feel a bit naff on Tuesday (take 5-htp to counter).
Meth comedown: No sleep til Tuesday night, food tastes like sandpaper covered in sick, feel like gibbering idiot until Thursday.

I would say Meth is worse. Though sometimes E can be bad.

its just the most terrible thing anyone will experience. makes the day after consuming a bottle of vodka seem heavenly.

Meth, definitely. I would say that anyone saying pills either 1) hasn't tried crystal meth or 2) has adverse reactions to ecstasy and should not do it.
