Which British paper ran the legalise cannabis campaign?

I read it randomly online that one of the main British newspapers ran a legalise cannabis campaign at one time, could anyone offer me more info?

If anyone can remember which paper or anything more specific its highly appreciated as it comes in more than useful for my uni work.

Yes, but they retracted their campaign a few years ago after that whole skunk psychosis bollocks.

Yeah, it was the Independent.
