Why would people in the US post about brown #3 heroin base? We get #4heroin powder here from South America and in the western US it is most all mexican black tar...not any #3 Afghani base heroin in the US ,not in a large enough amount to be found on the streets really.It is in some places I know ,but in small amounts compared to the #4 powder or the tar heroin
