I think that you need to be good at venipuncture, in order to be a good 'junkie', because, with time, after the veins are blown, they become very difficult to find. You may even have to perform an arterial puncture, in order to access the circulatory system- arterial punctures can be very dangerous, however. This is the price, of IV drug abuse.

not everything else is stupid and dangerous, subcutaneous takes effect within 2-3mins and it gives u a nice very light rush. but IVing yes, way to go to avoid complications, but still IVing theyre always is complications

I just want to get a killer dose- I have never tried 'real' opiates before, but I want to feel the ultimate euphoria.

This all depends on your heroin quality and how well you filter. If you micron filter then it is A-OK, if you are cotton filtering I would not try any route except IV.

I do know someone who IMs ecp into her ass multiple times a day and she doesn't seem to have a problem... personally I wouldn't consider it. Just IV the solution. It is safer in terms of foreign particles being not water soluble and getting stuck under your skin / in muscles etc..

If you have tar and try to IM it expect to loose your arm.
