I'm not using a tourniquet, just a belt but it didn't really make a big difference. I'm using the 1ml insulin syringes you know the orange ones.By the way, the crook of the elbow got many veins and I don't know what to hit.Because of that I will use the arm vein(between the palm and the elbow)
Well if your veins are already easily visible, then it's most likely the technique that's giving you trouble. Pick the largest vein, clean it with an alcohol swab, insert the needle bevel up at a slight angle like we talked about, then pull back on the plunger slightly to create a vacuum. Now, keep pushing the needle in further, and look for a flow of blood to enter the syringe. That's how you know you are in the vein. Then, slowly push down on the back of the plunger. Sometimes, you'll have to move the needle up a little, or back down a little, etc, kind of "fishing" for the vein. It doesn't always work on the first stick.
So.. good luck. Ha. I'd tell you to reconsider but I know you pretty well at this point and I know that's not gonna happen.
Just be safe, man. Do test doses to gauge purity and then start with 1/4 of what you would normally snort in a bump.
