Where to get pill tests

Can anyone tell me where I can get a test in the US (preferably in Vegas) so I don't have to order it from pillreports (australia I believe), hence paying in euros. Also, maybe someone could explain to me the difference between Mecke and Marquis?

The only place I know of that you can get testing kits in the US is from DanceSafe (www.dancesafe.org).
