Where to find Non sexual relationship

I am 62 and am in remission from vaginal cancer. Unfortunately radiation sort of melted the walls of my vagina shut. Yeah it sucks. I want companionship but don't even know how to find a man who either can't or doesn't want sex.
I know your going to ask so anal is also out and I am not thrilled with the thought of oral. There is not a dating site for non sexual relationships. I might just have to get used to the idea that I may never be in a loving relationship again.
Any thoughts on how to go about bringing this up right away or how to find someone? I haven't dated for 44 years.

I don't know if you qualify as "asexual" but they have their own social networks and dating so to speak so you could start there

Try websites and apps and just write how you are a cancer survivor and looking for companionship and friendship only.

Also with the coronavirus in person contact is not a good idea now.
