Where the dragon chasers at?

Hey fellow bluelighters,

just a quick post, wondering who of you here chases your dope instead of banging it. and how much you use in a day.

i smoke mine, and any where from a q to a half g a day, lucky for me im on subs now, about two weeks, after a three year long addiction.

With a ROA for heroin as uncommon as smoking, giving your thread 3 hours to generate responses might be jumping the gun a little bit. Most people here (as far as I've been able to determine) snort, inject, or (less commonly) plug their dope.

I'd love to try chasing it sometime, but since I only cop every once in a while, I don't want to waste any attempting to master the technique so as not to waste any (and I've heard it's quite easy to waste it when you haven't perfected the technique).

And anyhow, snorting or injecting work just fine because of the lovely, lovely white and highly pure diamorphine we get on this here eastern coast of the US. I've smoked enough opium in my day from the poppy growers I know, so I've resigned my opiate-smoking to those occasions where I pick up a shit-ton of it and stay mellow for a month ;)

I have heard that smoking good powder can be awesome, though. I won't say I'm not curious.

ya, u gotta just take ur time and take smaller hoots. i dont miss any at all really. and i even have a glass hooter that opens at the end. chasing is huge here in van, quality dope.
 
Where are you from? In Europe in noticed all the people smoked heroin or shot it up and had to use lemon juice or some acid since most all European heroin seems to be brown #3 heroin Base which was fun to smoke while I was there,but in the US, we don't get #3 base heroin that i know of,and i prefer good #4 powder hcl heroin that you can snort or inject without using an acid of some kind and have a "dirty" shot like European #heroin...anyway #3 was fun while I was visting Europe but i'm glad we get #4 powder here in the US,in my area anyway, most west coasters only get tar which you can smoke or inject,altho the shots of tar look very "dirty and nasty to me"...
 
I used to smoke my gear for about a year, it's true you don't lose much of the smoke at all with a little practice, the high isn't much different to iv, you just don't get that instantaneous rush like you do with the needle!
 
from someone that has been there if you are even thinking of doing H . Its time to go to get on meth it realy dose work go get on program NOW...
 
i smoke too, tar here though. I need like a .15 at least a day though if i can afford it up to like .7. This is with the best tar ive ever seen though, with the cheaper stuff id easily go through a gram and a half.
 
i changed the name yesterday right after i made the thread to dragon chaser, look up. i no freebasing is what u would do if u smoked meth. with a bulb etc, i just had finished watching Traffic and they used that term. here in VANCOUVER "smoking" is a valid term.

you may not be "missing" any of the smoke produced.....but that doesnt mean that your not wasting alot of the drug....alot of that smoke contains the charred opiate alkaloids from your heroin.....meaning there uselss. Of course some of the smoke contains usable opiated vapors, but for the most part, its a waste....thats not even mentioning the amount of burnt drugs that doesnt even get a chance to "smoke up".....it just straight up burns to the foil.
 
well, pretty big over here, and it seems to get everyone nodding, and besides id rather not b using needles, everyones opinion over here is that smoking is far better than chasing. my life with my gf and family means no needles. some of my friends bang tho.

thought this was supposed to b a harm reduction site.
 
smoking versus chasing? So you are in Vancouver,B.C.? I hear that Vancouver gets some high quality SEA #4 powder there although I might have heard wrong..I do know that Vancouver gets powder versus just tar like the west coast US,Vancouver gets tar and powder so I am told,Is that correct? Or is that B.S.??
