Opioids Where should a recovering Heroin addict AVOID if moving to Tampa, FL USA?

Hey all....new to Bluelight and glad to be here. I was up all night reading posts on how I can help my brother stay clean from heroin. LOT'S of great info here on how to help recovering addicts.

Here's a question....my brother and I just recently relocated to about 45 minutes from Tampa. He is going to be looking for an apartment in Tampa itself and we know nothing about the city. Is there Heroin in Tampa? (even if I get "yes" responses I'll probably still tell him no) If so....where would a recovering heroin addict want to avoid going in the city? He needs an apartment and a job so he's going to be all over the city. Which specific areas (cross streets, neighborhoods, projects) should he avoid even driving through?

I would ask where the nice places are in town, but it's so much easier to single out the bad areas. Hopefully this thread will help any other recovering Heroin addicts that relocate to Tampa Bay stay clean.

He should definitely avoid talking to Big Dave on the corner of 4th and Main. To be absolutely sure, he should definitely not call Big Dave's mobile, which is 911-IMANARC.

This is source discussion whether that's your intent or not. People may have legitimate medical problems but we still won't allow them to ask about internet pharmacies... any sourcing that could give people information on how to or where to acquire drugs is not permitted.

Whether you are asking where to find drugs or where to avoid, you're still asking for information that people could use to acquire drugs and that is not permitted. If this isn't clear, private message me and we can discuss this but please stop posting this in the open forum; its inappropriate, not allowed and no one is going to actually answer this.
