Where ephedrine is legal?

Hi! Don't know where to post this question so move to right forum please.
In what countries ephedrine is totally legal and can be sold without limitations? I mean you can buy it in Canada but about 600 pills per month which contains 8 mg of ephedrine.
So I want to find out in what countries ephedrine is legal and can be bought without limitation. Thank you.
 
By "legal" im guessing you mean OTC? Its legal everywhere just prescription or controlled sales only. Was OTC here in Africa until recently, could buy as much pure ephedrine powder as you wanted from any pharmacy. We ate it like candy back in the day at school, not knowing any better... Now however i doubt its OTC anywhere anymore due to obvious reasons.

Sorry, what OTC means? I want to google sites which may sell ephedrine in that countries where it's fully legal and not controlled and that's all :)
