where does the cut go??

I was wondering..
When you snort any drug (or crushed pills), where does the cut (binder) go... Is it absorbed into the blood stream also?

I don't think it stays in there forever because I mean eventually you'd have a permenently stuffed up nose right? The way I see it I compare to something like snorting benzos...they're not water soluable (well not to the point where snorting is effective) but they eventually hit from the drip right? So I imagine any "cut" that's not water soluable will just drip down there...Now I could be totally wrong, but that's how I see it working...

Yep, it just drips down the back of your throat, and in addition some of it is probably expelled when you blow your nose etc...

It clogs the shit out of your nose & throat, making your nose drip like a faucet. I'm no medical expert but I would think that at least a minute amount of the cut enters the blood streem...
