I have hidden various shit in all sorts places. When I stash stuff at my house it is only being hidden from my parents.
If I need to hide a bunch of whatever, or something that would really screw my world over if I was raided for some unknown reason, it is put inside probably 3 plastic bags, then maybe a cardboard box about the size of whatever it is that I'm stashing, and then another plastic shopping bag over that box, and then buried off-site at an undisclosed location in the woods. This is probably the safest way I know of stashing pretty serious shit. Not letting ANYONE know where you buried the stuff is also part of this method. If the worst happened and the shit hit the fan, this method grants you some piece of mind that no muthafucker is ever gonna find your shit, be it police or some hiker. Just don't bury stuff in an area where construction may happen in the near or not-so-near future. Nothing like having a 4 bedroom house built over your whatever.
As for in the house, there are many possible locations. I have used the computer case method, and it works even better if your a geek and have extra computer cases sitting around collecting dust cause you can yank the cards and drives out of them, replace the plastic faceplates, insert your goods, pop the cover back on and put in all the case screws. It will just look like some old computer sitting in a corner.
I find that stashing small stuff like 20 sacks, gram bags, or even a bit bigger into CD cases works really well. I suppose this might work with pills also. So once you have this done, if your like most people you have a stack of jewel cases somewhere in your room/house, so just insert your special CD cases into the stack and remember what ones have the goods. Special documents or photographs can also be hidden in the covers of CD cases without detection.
Another kinda neat spot is in the battery area of larger portable stereos. Often these things need the bigger C or D-Cell batteries and if the area is battery-free, you will probably have space to stash a sack of grass or whatever. If you have a decent home theater system and have some larger high-quality speakers, often the cloth face-covers on these come off to expose the speakers and if your lucky some port holes. This is a good place to stash whatever, depending on if the speakers are for family use or are in your bedroom like in my case. Unless the port holes are pretty big, or you have really small hands/arms, DO NOT push your goods all the way to the back cause they will probably fall out of the back of the port tubes and into the bottom base of the speakers, which I can only imagine would take some creative-thinking to get the stuff out.
There are other places that I can think of that you could stash stuff in your house, but the rest is all pretty obvious. Just remember that these "house stashing" methods will most likely fool mom & dad 98% of the time, but the cops WILL find the stuff if they are doing a full search. They have seen it ALL, speakers, cd cases, fake walls, attics, etc etc. I even saw a program once where some guy hid a bunch of cash in the walls of his house, then hung your standard drywall over the beams and painted it, and they still found it. It was just like any wall most of you would have in your homes, but this guy tore the original wall off, inserted goods, and put on a new wall. Pretty damn slick, but I'm not a craftsman
