Info where do i post if i am feeling down

is there a place i can go on bluelight if i am feeling down and out? where i can talk about some of my issues and see if i am not alone?

i would suggest looking at the dark side. they have a lot of threads on major topics, as well as social threads, so i would suggest glancing at the main page before making a new thread.

others most forums on this site have a social thread you can randomly post in if you want more immediate interaction. altho those tend to be MUCH more light hearted!
