Where did your best trip take place?

I have tripped on mushrooms about 6 times total. Nothing beats my last trip though. I was with 3 of my friends. 2 of them took 1 and a half Gs like I did. My other friend didn't trip. We took 1 1/2 because the guy we bought them from said they were really good and he had his strongest trip ever off of 2 and to NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 1/2. We didn't really believe him but he turned out to be right. We sat in my bathroom for 5 hours which seemed like a lifetime. We smoked weed almost the whole time and it was the most spiritual trip I have ever had. We discovered so many new things and we accepted the fact that we were poisoned and became insane. It even beat trips that took place in nature. (By the way my bathroom is kinda big and cool looking haha)
We all experienced loss of ego too.

Is there any place you have tripped that just beats your other trips?
(I also think since all 3 of us were tripping off the same amount it made us feel more connected which made the trip better)

I think my best trip was at my friend alex's house where I took 3 tabs of just regular blotter.
I was up in his room and was looking out of his bedroom door down his hallway and saw all kinds of skyscrapers with a full big ass moon in the back ground and than I saw batman jump from building to building haha.. it was pretty sick..
Had a some what bad comedown though because I took them all at the same time..
 
coming up whilst galloping across a green field, sun shining, blue skies, few whispy clouds, lake, skipping stones to see the world ripple around me

i spose it was my only proper acid trip...

but still
fucking rocked :)
 
My buddy and both took 2 hits of LSD and I additionally took 150 mg of MDMA at a Furthur show at UMass. Greatest head space I've ever been in.
 
On a little over an 8th of shrooms, by myself on the beach. Hung out in the tide pools, watched the tide rise, sat and listened to the waves coming in (watched them too), writing in the sand... it was fucking amazing. When I went back to the house I was staying at hung out with my mom and her friend smoking weed, then I was looking at the ocean and waves through binoculars for about an hour. It was absolutely incredible.
 
8th of shrooms each in Golden Gate park/Haight Ashbury in San Francisco, CA with 5 of my best friends.
All day long we walked around and met strangers, smoked dank on Hippy Hill.
Lost the car... Then found it hours and miles later. :)
Stopped in front of the police station on accident on the way home.
And got stuck in traffic at 5pm with "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers blasting out the speakers.
Get home and my one friend says, "I hate you all!!!" and runs out of the house and doesnt come back for an hour.

My best trip so far was with 5 mates, watching the Orionid meteor shower last year. We trekked to (an undisclosed location) well out of the way of light pollution, and watched the sky falling. Mattresses were set up (yes, outside) to give us a clear view straight up. We dropped just before midnight, and the light show peaked at about 3am - intentionally timed :). After the falling sky rocks had finished, we experienced a dawn of an amazing magnitude. It was a truly awe-inspiring event, and easily one of the best trips we've had all round.
 
Well, considering 90% of my trips have taken place at Doofs, i would have to say it's definitely been amongst that atmosphere.

For me there's just nothing better then been surrounding by open-minded people, a majority of which are all just as tripped out as you if not more, incredible twisting darkpsy music, nothing around but lights,fires,bushland and sky. Plus the morning is just fantastic, chunky tunes.. everyone's on that 'afterglow' happy vibe.. sharing joints around, laughing and chatting.

Mind you i've had some horrible trips in the same place, but you can't win them all :)
 
At home while on LSD the first time as a teenager and at my friend's house on Psilocybin mushrooms before starting college.
 
I agree with Malakaix, I have tried to re-create some of my favorite trips and resulted having a horrible time. Can't win them all indeed.

My favorite trip would have to be the time me and my friends (all open minded experienced trippers) had a vile of liquid lsd, an ounce of mushrooms, and eight hits of E all to be split between the four of us. It was located in a cabin that was built by hand, around the first of fall. We went for a walk around sunrise and it seemed like the trees changed color overnight. We were looking for the trail down to the lake but got side tracked and ended up following a deer. Before we knew it we were ontop of a mountian overlooking a colorful forest and 4 lakes. We spent a good 5 or more hours sitting on large flat rocks just talking about our trip and everything imaginable, it was such a lucid mind opening experience for everyone.

Surprisingly we didn't even consume the drugs greedily, we let everyone take what they felt comfortable with. Even though we forgot to bring the pot it was breath taking, I even said "When I die I want it to be like this moment" and everyone else agreed strongly.
