Benzos Where did Phenzepam go? Why isn't it around anymore?

I'm not trying to source, I'm sincerely curious what happened to it.

It was in my top 3 benzos/thenizos.

It isn't scheduled from what I understand... Right?

So, what the fuck?!
 
American drug laws are not universal.

As of 2015, phenazepam is a controlled substance in China, which is where most of these RC benzos are produced. When diclazepam is just as long-lasting and even slightly more potent than phenazepam and *doesn't* put you at odds with China's draconic drug laws, the choice of what to produce is pretty obvious for our grey-market drug lab.
 
I understand that American drug laws are not universal.

That makes sense though.
