Where Can I Purchase Wheel Filters?

Hello Bluelight Peeps,

My friend is a 28 year-old heroin addict in recovery. Been shooting opiates, starting with oxycodone, 2 years and moved on to heroin about 1 year ago. For the last 4 months he's been using suboxone and subutex (whichever is available at the time) via IV. This is is for 2 main reasons: to conserve his medicine and to get instant relief vs. the drawn-out and somewhat nasty procedure of dissolving pills and waiting for 30 min. with foul-tasting crap in his mouth.

My friend has become concerned about health risks posed by continuing this method. He would like to purchase wheel filters as he has read about their effectiveness in reducing the overall risk. So far, he's had trouble finding a vendor that will provide the right kind of filters. He would like some advice on where to make such purchases. It would be nice to know the most cost-effective options but, of course, quality is the primary concern here, along with compatibility between the filters and the needles he uses.

Anyone here know a good vendor for this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!:)
