Where can I get a TLC plates???

I heard about TLC plates from here and by hearing people talk about them...
But I was wondering where I can get one, what exactly do they do and how reliable are they? ... That, or where I can get this info. -Thanx.

Does anyone know if they sell the same ones as on ravesafe.20m.com ? And I don't know anyone, that's bought a TLC kit. Does anyone know [from experience] if this kit is better then the EZ-Test offered on Pill Testing?
 
Yes, I believe their kit is similar.

I was actually teaching someone how to do these tests (so I have some help at the stall), and so I was quite pleased with the success..
I admit, I have had alot of failures, most likely caused by diluting the pill with too much methanol. I think now I have got it perfected!

eight: I haven't had the time to re-test it, however I think my nerves were a bit shakey that night, and I might have slightly missed the line, causing it to be out by a millimetre or two, thus concluding that it was probably speed, as I don't have any user reports suggesting that it was something trippy (like LSD)
If I get a chance, I will re-test it this week, but I am exhausted, I feel ill, and I am in a bad mood..
