Dude, i'm quite new to Ecstacy myself. But basically a EZ-Test Kit helps you determine exactly what chemicals are, and are not in a specific Ecstacy Pill.

As i'm sure you know, Ecstasy pills often contain other drugs besides pure MDMA. A EZ-Test minimises the risk of taking drugs other then MDMA by giving you an idea what's in the pill.
