When will spice be illegal in maryland???

I live on the boarder of va/md and don't know when spice willl be illegal in either one. i live in va, but i buy my spice in md. i use to smoke a lot of pot, but now i smoke spice so i don't have to worry about getting tested. i know all the dangers of spice and know that certain chemicals used in making spice are illegal, but the spice i currently smoke is completely legal (as far as i know). i'd like to know so as soon as it's illegal i can stop. anybody with any info could help thanks!

Spice is already illegal in maryland. I live in St.Mary's County, Maryland and back in September I got arrested for having 4 grams of spice on me and it has been a big huge court battle ever since then... It's a coincidence that I saw this on here this morning because I have to go to court for it in an hour. You can still smoke it, just don't fuckin get caught with it, in all honesty your probably safer with the real deal.
