When to stop taking dopamine precursors?

I'm taking a variety of supplements right now, some of which are dopamine agonists. My understanding is that these should be avoided prior to rolling due to neurotoxicity. Does anyone know roughly how many days off I should take from things like L-Theanin, L-Tyrosine etc. prior to rolling for them to be fully out of my system?

instead of buying dick loads of supplements, you could really save yourself a dickload of trouble and $$ just drinking a glass of milk or better yet, a bowl of healthy cereal + milk like raisin brand.

Amino acids are almost worthless without proper carbohydrate intake as they will not absorb properly due to the lack of insulin.

Milk's casein (main protein) is rich in essential amino acids tryptophan(serotonin precursor) & phenylalanine (tyrosine precursor) as well as conditionally essential tyrosine(dopamine precursor).

With milk you can chuck all the supplements and get some whole-food nutrition instead. and i've never heard drinking milk or eating cereal the day of or days prior to the roll being dangerous at all.

I take L-Tyrosine, and tbh this is the longest ive ever gone without ketamine (its a Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitor which i relied on weekly, started to irritate my bladder so i have been trying to cut back for months)

I just dont take it on the same day as im taking mdma,
My experience didnt really feel neurotoxic, Or brain dead.
