Opioids When taking (up to 100mg) of Lamictal

Can I take opiates without any serious interaction? i enjoy the bit of hypomania and euphoria that comes from drug use%)

Anecdotal experience here. I take 200mg Lamictal 1x a.m. and have had no issues with opiate use (largely heroin IV) nor amphetamine use (meth IV).

I've been on 100mg lamictal and messed around with codeine/tapentadol/tramadol in huge doses, never had an adverse reaction xxx

I'm not aware of any interactions, but you should always watch out for rashes when changing a regime that involves lamotrigine.
