i rolled on oct 28th, dec 12th, and jan 1st

i have shows im going to on jan 27th, feb 17th, and then i have ultra fest at the end of march.

i feel like i should wait til ultra to roll since i rolled so close to each other on (dec 12th and jan 1st)

February 17th is cutting back on the minimum recovery time rue of 30 days, but making an occasional exception for this every now and then will be OK- so long as you on't make a habit of it.

Damn u roll a lot... At least for my standards but I know there are a lot of people who do it every week for a good period of time. Anyway yeah, I would wait till February to roll again. Just take addys or drink at the other shows to tie you over.

wow man, way too much. 3 months apart is the safest and keeps the magic alive. Mdma is like a fine wine, so only use it when the occasion calls for it!!

I never make exceptions, its always 30 day minimum, or my most recent wait time was 49 days.

This is of course if you never want to lose the magic

Wait till March . There are plenty of other substances you can take at your other shows, while on break trying to keep that MDMA magic alive.

As most have said, 4 weeks is adequate enough time, but for an amazing time, 90 days is your best bet. There is no harm if you break this rule once a blue moon.

My magic is still well and truley alive, although I have rolled over 10 times in the last 3 months, including a 2 day bender over NY and rolled hard the week after. My tolerance is through the roof though....
