When quoting opiates , do u eventually look like you use to or is it permanent

Kinda wasn't sure whether this belongs in OD or BDD, sort of depends on what the answer really is in a way.

DS -> BDD anyway.

As far as I'm aware most if not all of the change in appearance you get from heavy opiate use comes from neglecting other aspects of your life/health as a result, i.e. poor hygiene, not eating enough.

Provided that you address these issues and haven't caused any permanent damage to your appearance through neglect of one of these (i.e. lost teeth through poor dental hygiene) then of course you should see your looks return to normal over time. :)

The only other way I know of that codeine cause facial changes is through the rare side effect of facial odema.
But this is a shortlived side effect limited usually to high doses or sensitive individuals, so I dont think thats what your talking about.
Just eat well, execise and stay away from drugs and im sure you will be gorgeous again in no time at all. :-D
