I've been taking benzos daily for about 5 months now, I started on about 2mg klonopin a day, but, ran out and had to switch to xanax. For the last month I've tapered down from 1.5mg to a half of a .25mg tablet about a week at a time. Took my last dose (crumbs) about 24 hours ago.
I've never felt benzo w/d, when will I feel anything, if anything?

I appreciate any response.

In like 2-4 days you might have a runny nose, some anxiety, insomnia and a general feeling or shit. That being said dont worry nothing bad will happen because you were not on them that long and you tapered. The worst you should feel is like crap for a couple weeks then start to feel normal again.

Yeah, you weren't on them for a very long time and you (quite smartly) tapered to a very small and manageable dose. This is really important when it comes to any detox. Everyones body is different but, I still don't imagine that it will be unbearable. Try not to think about it though... if you are just sitting around waiting to feel sick, wondering how bad it's going to be, you are going to drive yourself nuts and make it worse. If the symptoms come, then deal with them appropriately. You should be all right.

Thanks guys, you've put me at ease. I've gone through heroin withdrawals 50 times yet I've always feared benzos.
I've been clean from heroin for 9 months now but I still use meth occassionaly. I used to do my meth with my dope but obviously a junkie life isn't a life. So I replaced the dope with benzos.

Velvet,
I'm impressed with the way you were able to stick to a slow and reasonable tapering schedule. I take alprazolam as well. While I have never used it for reasons other than for sleep and anxiety (the latter reason being very occasional), I can relate to the fear of stopping altogether or running out.
I have always found it very difficult to slow down and taper my pain medications when need be, though. For example, if it has been a rough month pain wise I find it hard to taper my dose down at a useful rate in order to ensure I don't completely run out before my next rx.
Just wanted to say it seems like you're doing a great job with this and I'm sure the effort you have put into it will be well worth it. It definitely sounds like it will pay off :)
Please let us know how it goes!

6 or so months for me to return to normal from a 3-4 months daily 4mg clonazepam habit. Thinking that's how anxious you are normally is shit but it does go away.

Benzo withdrawal can last years, sometimes longer, just depends on the person.

I know when I quit taking 1mg of Klonopin 3x a day during rehab, I was still feeling withdrawals from it, 60 days after I quit. That's when I got back on benzos...

Like any other drug with varying half-lives, benzos are wildly variable in their withdrawals.
I'm actually kind of glad I switched to the Xanax from the Klonopin, i feel like I'm over the hump. I haven't slept in a couple of days but I feel it coming tonight, haha.

It depends which benzos you are WDing from, also how healthy you live and eat in the meantime.

If you aren't feeling any symptoms of withdrawal now, then you'll most likely be fine. Alprazolam is a very short acting benzo, and withdrawals may start as soon as the 12 hours from your last dose.
