When does MDMA get its effects back?

All depends on how MDMA affects you. Modern convention suggests only doing it a few times per year..

Though, there's someone on this forum who seems to do it a few times a week, (@simstim), without any decrease in effect.

I used to use for a few weekends over maybe two months then take a few months break. Others seemed to enjoy it a few times and then never again.
 
You would need to give it a couple of weeks and up the dose but best waiting a month or two.
 
Man 300 is just way too much from one night in my experience and yes I've done it before and had a severe come down. In fact I did two nights in the same week in fact I've done three nights in the same week not that 300 mg dose but that 300 mg dosage it's just way too high man.

In my experience from abusing of rolling in 6 months I took a 3-month break try it again and it was just wasn't. Like you said I felt alert and a little spark for 10 minutes maybe even a less 5 minutes and that was it. I ended up taking a 15-year break you read that right. After that I was using and I was I wasn't dosing high I was using it about three or four times a year and in 2017 I had some a major week episode afterwards and I had to cut back so currently it's maybe once or twice a year on an entacogen. More than likely you probably need to take a year or two break, and when you do dose start a bit lower at the most medium range dosaage. Good luck and let that neurochemistry heal.

What form was it in?

How sure are you of your dosing? Did you recalibrate your scale? Do you have a scale that is accurate to the milligram? What is the error published for your scale?

Are you absolutely sure it was MDMA, and are you absolutely sure the whole batch is mixed completely thoroughly and evenly?
The 300 mg dose that you took 6 days later may not have actually had 300 mg of ecstasy in it.

As far as when the magic's going to come back, I used to roll three or four days a week for over a year and a half. I've done over 400 pills and a hell of a lot of powder. Probably at least 500 pill equivalent total. And I never lost the magic.

You have to find out how it works with you but you have to be sure that it's pure and you have to be sure of your dose.
 
3 months the rule with mdma is - less is more. Older cats like me once a year is almost too much.

That's the way I see it, it's a once in a lifetime experience that you are trying to duplicate. Less is more. You do it too often , you might as well just switch to meth because you'll only feel the tweak.
 
Yea I rolled a lot!!! I've had my fun, I did it every weekend for about a year and a half along with trips, geeks, tweaks, and nods. I was basically Ozzy tward the end. I wouldn't suggest it. But you do you, I didn't listen to anyone back then either.

I'm fine now btw , time heals alot.
